Sarbananda Sonowal was sworn-in as Assam CM in the presence of BJP heavy weights. The cermony was dawned upon by PM Modi, Chief Ministers of five other states, Union ministers and senior BJP leaders. Sonowal has become the first BJP leader to hold the post.
